The movement and dial have been recased in a quality stainless steel case, beautifully hand engraved with exhibition caseback to show off the beautiful engraved movement.
The movement has the serial number 141598 for the year 1909 and the Patek Philippe wording.
All watches are one off originals.
The case is 45mm without the crown
The dial has been beautifully skeletonised and looks beautiful in gold.
The watch takes around 2 month to hand make.
Comes with brown leather strap with stainless steel buckle.
