The movement and dial have been recased in a quality stainless steel case, beautifully hand engraved with exhibition caseback to show off the beautiful engraved movement.
The movement has the serial number 146768 for the year 1909 and the Patek Philippe wording.
All watches are one off originals.
The case is 47mm without the crown
The dial has been beautifully skeletonised, it has multi coloured precious gem stone time markers.
The watch takes around 2 month to hand make.
Comes with lilacleather strap with stainless steel buckle.
